Measurement of PlanetLab experimental network
Andrašov, Ivan ; Bečková, Zuzana (referee) ; Komosný, Dan (advisor)
This thesis deals with measurement of transfer parameters for nodes in experimental network PlanetLab. In theoretical part of this thesis we analyse experimental network PlanetLab, basic terminology in this network, its goals and some current projects run- ning under this network. Next we analyse measured network parameters specifically Ping, SSH delay and respond to SCP. Practical part of this thesis is formed around real im- plementation of measurement where in specific sub chapters are written exact problems of said parameter together with source code.
STEMLab based data acquisition system
Pavlík, Radim ; Kováč, Michal (referee) ; Kubíček, Michal (advisor)
Thesis deals with design of acquisition system, working on developing platform STEMLab (Red Pitaya). Goal is possibility of monitoring analog signals with adjustable sampling frequency and length of acquisition. Software was created for both controlling part (Python application) and for platform itself (embedded C, Python) using the appropriate FPGA-HW design (HDL). Thesis describe how to work with platform ecosystem, control and behaviour of aplications created during the proces of getting acquainted with the platform and options how aplications could be created.
SCP Plugin for Altap Salamander 3
Pagáč, Jakub ; Grégr, Matěj (referee) ; Křivka, Zbyněk (advisor)
This thesis describes creation of a module for Altap Salamanader, which allows secure file transfer over encrypted channel created using Secure Shell protocol. Module is based on Libssh library. It implements both the Secure Shell protocol and SCP and SFTP transfer protocols, which use it for transmission. The created module allows not only file transfer, but also remote file management.
Prostředí pro měření síťových parametrů přenosu transportních protokolů
Nešpor, Patrik
The thesis focuses on the development of a methodology and environment for measuring network parameters of transmission using the QUIC and TCP transport protocols. To validate the methodology, the SCP protocol was selected, which can also be used through the QUIC protocol. Manipulation of network parameters was conducted through experimentation with the Linux tool Traffic Control. The thesis also includes predefined scenarios designed to simulate real traffic in various situations. The measured results for each predefined scenario indicate that the QUIC protocol for SCP exhibits certain shortcomings, and optimization is needed for both the QUIC protocol for different application protocols and the adaptation of application protocols to the QUIC protocol.
Karyotype evolution of African clades of theraphosid mygalomorphs
Košátko, Prokop ; Král, Jiří (advisor) ; Nguyen, Petr (referee)
Karyotypes of mygalomorph spiders are not satisfactorily known. This thesis is focused on the basic cytogenetic analysis of selected species of African clades of theraphosid mygalomorphs. It includes four subfamilies: Eumenophorinae, Harpactirinae, Ischnocolinae and Stromatopelminae. Diploid numbers, chromosome morphology, sex chromosome systems and chromosome behaviour in male germline in the selected species of African theraphosid subfamilies were studied. The findings support published results, that refer of high karyotype diversity in Theraphosidae. Diploid chromosome number reduction is probably a basic trend of theraphosid karyotype evolution. The majority of analysed species exhibited one, two or three sex chromosomes. In some species neo-sex chromosome systems were found. In some species one or two sex chromosome pairs (SCP), composed of chromosomes which lack morphological differentiation were detected. Nucleolus organizer regions were detected by fluorescent in situ hybridization in several species. Constitutive heterochromatin detection was performed by C-banding in two species. Keywords: constitutive heterochromatin, diploid number, karyotype, fluorescence in situ hybridization, Mygalomorphae, nucleolus organizer region, SCP, sex chromosome, spider, Theraphosidae
